While it sounds like a good idea, if the technology is developed well enough, the labels will use it to make songs without artists' help. This has already been attempted with a virtual rapper, and Spotify is already creating playlists with cheaply-made music to bypass paying royalties.

On a lighter note, since the AI algorithms are just copying and modifying what already exists, I'd like to see what happens if you add this into the algorithm in the middle of real music.
