SM2 Online Presets Not Loading

I bought a mini iPad 5th gen 256gb
On SynthMaster 2 I try to load the online presets but it does not work
I get "SynthMaster 2 None Of The Files Were Synced Successfully"
My iPad Is Connected To The Internet
Any Help Is Welcome

Hello, I just checked and it worked fine. On some iOS versions the os asks for network permission when the app is installed, please choose yes if you get that kind of prompt. You may need to reinstall the app
