Hey.

Searched a bit here, but didn´t seem to find the same problem.
I have downloaded waveform 12 on this mac computer and on a macbook.
But with different accounts, then i just bought pro yesterday but unfortunately i used the email address which i used on the other computer and now i can´t unlock the pro version.

I can log out from under downloads in waveform and also in download manager, but when i log in it just log in even without a password and even without typing my e-mail address.
I´ve searched and changed the e-mail address to be the correct under tracktion/keyfiles/ and the two files there TracktionWaveform12Free.tracktionkey and TSCCollective.tracktionkey
And it comes up with the correct e-mail address now when i log out of downloads, but again it seems like it just logs in without password and whatever i am typing.

Also under About it just says contacting markedplace and the TSCCollective key and just says all licences up to date.

What can i do? Are there any more files where i should edit to the correct e-mail address?

And if there is another post like this problem, im just gonna delete this, but couldn´t find anything.

I did run into a similar situation. The Traktion support was able to solve this issue in a couple of hours.

I believe you should be able to use the same licence on a desktop and a laptop at the same time. Can't quite remember all the details. If you exceed the number of allowed installations support will just void the lot (so older PCs that you don't use would lose access) and log in okay the next time you use your current computers.

I just changed the email address for my T site access. I've managed to update software using Update Manager with the new address, but About says it's still registered to the old address, so I may need to have a word with support.

I believe it's up to/including 5 devices on one license, and if some of those are "retired" devices, support can whack them for you and free them up.
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and even Deezer, whatever the hell Deezer is.

Oh, if it's really 5 I'd like to know. I run a laptop for recording, and a (newer) desktop for testing and final mixing; but have my older PC running an old version of Waveform so I can noodle around without reconnecting everything for the laptop. An extra "current" version would be nice...

I recall it being five too. The worst you'll get is a message saying you've no spare authentications, and if that happens you can get support to delete the lot at their end and then you just start again on each machine.
