Yeah, neither had I. I think the MG was trying to write something? Anyway, Ive got a 4Gb sandisk that now thinks its 32Mb, and none of the standard windows tools will fix it. In the end a 9V PSU worked, or at least this time it played audio and didnt trash another SDCard.Will def pay more attention.
The other 1Gb stick that it knackered, I physically damaged as well, later, on account of having to use pliers to remove/replace it in the MG. Slipped them and twisted, breaking the card's casing. Sigh.
