Changes

• Front panel racks can now have a bold title bar, to make them visually compatible with panel group frames with a bold title bar.
• Front panel racks can now have a custom color. When set to 'No Color' it will function as before.
• Other small improvements.

For front panel racks saved with M9.1.16 please revise the panel rack's Back Color.

Hi, I noticed some changes has been made to the VST Plugin Manager - we can no longer see what categories has been applied to the plugins already (this can only be done by selecting the plugin in browser and clicking "info" context menu). Also, I see no way of creating a new category.

Changes:

• In some dialog panels (eg. Plugin Manager) certain frames where not visible. Fixed.
• MuLab ensures that the legacy MuDrum, MuSynth, MuSampla and MultiSampla presets are present in the factory lib. (if that folder is writable)

I found some redundant folders in my "User Library". Can I safely remove those from "User" main dir. (there is no content there) and keep only those located in "Library" subfolder?
