That I'm not surprised by. Those older designs I imagine are quirky to some extent, I expect they think no one cares about authenticity when it comes to their digital synths.

I've been checking in with AAS all weekend and unfortunately this version still doesn't seem to have been releasedUncle E wrote: Fri Jul 28, 2023 9:04 pm AAS Multiphonics CV-2 Buchla Update Sale, now $99 instead of $149:

This new free update version, a thematic update dedicated to waveshaping, brings five new modules to Multiphonics' library: a Waveshaper module, a West Coast synthesis staple supporting parallel, series, and digital topologies; a West Coast-inspired Wavewrapper module; a multi-purpose CV Shaper module for CV signals; a stereo Rectifier module with bias control; and the μScope module, a small and convenient oscilloscope for visualizing waveforms and signals in general. The update also includes 30 new factory synthesizers and effects patches highlighting these new modules.

So, the IKM group buy is at 11-for-1 now. I'm gonna pull the trigger, for the Amplitube X-plugs if nothing else.
But I'm wondering what the betting line is on whether and when they'll extend this one.
I'm going for Yes, and Monday.
They've actually extended after the end before, though, haven't they? Or am I misremembering?

Orchestral tools released new percussion library illuvia and its now intro sale until August 9.
I'm considering a purchase but before decision I need some more informations.
Anyone know a similar or better percussion texture library like this?
I searched but seems there is not so much "percussion texture library" there.

Perhaps they wait with this 2.1 release until their summer sale has ended to optimize their revenues.aMUSEd wrote: Sat Jul 29, 2023 10:10 pmI've been checking in with AAS all weekend and unfortunately this version still doesn't seem to have been releasedUncle E wrote: Fri Jul 28, 2023 9:04 pm AAS Multiphonics CV-2 Buchla Update Sale, now $99 instead of $149:

I feel the pressure of the "on sale therefore I must buy it" thing, but I just don't see any products that interest me.GreyLion wrote: Sat Jul 29, 2023 11:31 pm So, the IKM group buy is at 11-for-1 now. I'm gonna pull the trigger, for the Amplitube X-plugs if nothing else.
On the flip side, my temptation to buy Spire on sale at PB is severe.

Nothing about it anywhere else.
Not saying it's made up or anything just probably announced a little ahead of time.
I'd say we'll see it announced on the 1st of August maybe even tomorrow.
