MuLab App 9.3.17 beta is available on https://www.mutools.com/mulab/app/lates ... /beta.html
MuLab Plugin 9.3.17 beta is available on https://www.mutools.com/mulab/plugin/la ... /beta.html
Just this bug fix: When a Module Slot contained a module with mapped MIDI controllers, then the mapping didn't work. Fixed.

When is v10 coming out? I'm starting to feel guilty getting all this cool stuff for free...
I started on Logic 5 with a PowerBook G4 550Mhz. I now have a MacBook Air M1 and it's ~165x faster! So, why is my music not proportionally better?

Ah come on, don't be shy, MuLab is very much a community app, thanks to the rare listening skills of the developer!

I usually think about single FRs, but Jo sees how FRs integrate to create an enjoyable workflow.
Sooo, what if MuLab 10 enhanced our workflow for. . .
exploring tonality!
Tonality is the name for a free & playful approach to notes (such as using meter to emphasise different notes in a repeated chord or melody), which fits MuLab's modular ethos & builds on M8/M9 features.
Here's a few examples: https://www.ethanhein.com/wp/2017/phili ... -tonality/

Hi Jo, when I try to load a project - where I thought I'd updated all the MuXes, I get this pop-up:
Is there any way to show which MUX is being complained about?
(I thought I'd checked after updating to 9.3.12 -- but it might have been 9.2.22 it was last used with. It was definitely okay with 9.2.22.)
EDIT: Strange: my other PC doesn't give the same error - same version of Reaper and same version of MuLab Plugin. I'll have to check both PCs are pointing at what's meant to be the same user library and same project library ... Still, it would be useful to get a more informative message as I've no idea where the problem lies based on the above.

Maybe the log file shows more details?pljones wrote: Wed Oct 18, 2023 4:07 pm Hi Jo, when I try to load a project - where I thought I'd updated all the MuXes, I get this pop-up: Is there any way to show which MUX is being complained about?

Also remarkable that the alert box has title "MuVerb".

Ah... Hm. Would an upgrade have taken patches for MuVerb and turned them into MUX patches? (Or MUX patches that included MuVerb and turned them into MUX patches with a now-MUX-style-MuVerb-patch and then MuVerb failed to load that?) I'll see if I can find the log... I'm hoping I can find the Reaper track (big project - over 80 tracks) and then which patch on the track has the failure...
