If you want to see what you have downloaded that's not a part of factory, you can just click the downloaded filter -- but when you're in local mode it's only showing your downloaded content regardless.

I am as lost as can be..maybe a video tutorial when you have time please?

So for instance are you saying these are the things I have downloaded that I do not own?

Minimal Audio wrote: Thu Nov 09, 2023 11:34 pm It doesn't make copies of wavetables you import, it's pointing to their original locations on your drive -- if you move the wavetables you'll need to reimport or Current will ask you to update the path to it. When you save a preset, there's a checkbox to embed user content so if you want to send presets around the embedded ones come with it.
Got it, thx!
If you're not on the latest you should snag it and you should see this. They stay organized for now as the folder it was imported as.
Got the folder import, thx...
Nonetheless all imported wavetables (from multiple folders = Serum´s Wavetable structure) are now again in one long list ... no way to see which came from which folder...

It would be nice if we could sort them somehow in sub categories like the stock ones by organizing them in some kind of (sub)folder

Trancit wrote: Thu Nov 09, 2023 11:30 pm One more question (sorry for the rapid fire)...

If I use a preset from AA, modify it and save it as my own user preset...
Is this user preset still 100% working, useable and tweakable in future even without AA or does it not work anymore because of using i.e. an wavetable from an AA pack??
This works.

If someone tries to like -- resave all the presets and steal everything that would be concerning and also a lot of work to save $15, but as part of a regular creative process we want to support this.
My intention is not stealing your content but as I already wrote my main way of working is to take presets and tweak them to make them my own and of course saving them for later use...
That´s where my question came from as it would be a pity for me to not be able to use the content I am paying for the way I prefer... but you already commited it should be working in this case...

I think he means using this button on the Stream tab:
Download Filter.jpg
.
All you see in the list on the right after selecting this "filter" is already downoaded to your machine...

This video hasn't been updated yet with all the all access stuff, but you may find it helpful still:

Love the dynamic around this synth!

Totally 100% was not trying to insinuate that at all, I just meant the only reason I could think to make that not work, would be that edge case, but I work the same way as well and I (obviously as someone who built a synth with an integrated content system) also like working with the presets in the same way. I would not use the AA content either if that was the case.

Sorry, I didn´t mean to insinuate you would have accused me doing that... 8)
We are running in circles here so enough begging for pardon... :hihi:

Thx for your information... highly appreciated!

The checkmark filter will show you only the content which is included factory or you have purchased perpetually. You can feel totally fine to use the AA content, it will not lock on old sessions -- perhaps I should add a button in the synth to disable the AA optionally? -- what I'm saying is, all that being on AA allows you to do is load any content, once the content is loaded, it is loaded, there are no more checks.
But for those on perpetual after the year is up you lose access to the AA stuff for creating NEW patches.?

E.g. If I wanted to make a NEW preset using a wavetable or sample from an AA pack after the year is up I would have to purchase it even if it is downloaded?

Have I got that right?

This is how I read it.

You will lose access to packs which you were using through all access on new sessions, but not any sessions or saved work. Packs with the AA symbol in the Stream denote packs available through all access, check marks indicate packs which you own. There also is a new "owned" filter in the Stream. Any packs you have previously purchased with Minimal Audio will show as owned inside of Current already, as well as any samples previously credited through the web version of the Stream.

Sorry I think I missed this -- there isn't a filter for this currently. -- You can filter by downloaded, or things which you perpetually own, or both, or neither. There's not currently a way to view not perpetually owned and downloaded.

Are you interested in deleting that stuff? I can add an option in the global settings to delete any not perpetually owned content if that's what you're looking for.

Yes, that's how it's designed. You are only blocked ever, from make new things. -- old things are never blocked. If you're not interested in something and it's downloaded, you can delete it.

Ahh..I am interested in making sure I don't download stuff that is not part of the factory bank (beyond content that i own already)....

From beta testing for other computers, things that delete en masse usually causes issues down the road for customer support.. :).. so no, I don't mind manually deleting, but I just want a way to see what it is that I should delete (assuming I only want factory bank stuff or stuff i have owned from previous sound pack purchases (I had bought your most recent vocal library a few weeks ago).

In other words I would like a button or a filter that shows me stuff I have downloaded that 1) aren't part of the factory bank and 2) not in any sound packs i have already purchased.

In other words stuff that if I no longer have All Access, I won't be able to create new instruments with or use presets in new projects.

hope that makes sense.

Yeah that makes sense, got it -- it will take a little bit and we'll continue to iron it all out.
