You don't need a browser. Buy Unify, and you can save there Sylenth1 patches categorized. Moreover you receive the factory library 'Unified' so those can appear in the Unify browser simply.

The preset brower is so in need of a modern update, messaged them about it 3 weeks ago, no reply
Everything needs to be in one screen, all banks, all presets with at least a search function
