It’s based on splines instead of samples, so it’s more like vector graphics (Illustrator) than pixel graphics (Photoshop).
Hmm.. does this spline approach lend itself to physical modeling more readily than sampling?

A modern CPU for advanced things. Support for AVX2 on Intel may be very beneficial. On Arm, a M1 or newer will be sufficient.

Depends on my jet lag after NAMM I would say. I have about two weeks to fix some bugs and things before I go on vacation. If I can't make it before that vacation, I'll have to keep working on it after I'm back and then it won't be before March or April.

Will Zebra 3 run on macOS Mojave ?

I can't say for sure. Mojave has major issues with some graphics stuff, and whether or not any of our new UI stuff runs smoothly on it remains to be seen.

I do think it'll run though, it's the first macOS that had Metal I think?

Post

Mojave has Metal. Please support this OS.

Post

I think it’s the oldest macOS we still support. I don’t know for certain.

Will this have the detune laws you talked about while ago?

Post

Nope, but it does use the engine thing from Hive for it, so we have the option to add it in the future.
