I considered upgrading to the "Unlocked" version, But I don't know how to make it work in FL Studio, Studio One, or Pro tools.
I want to use it in the same way as the "Envelope follower" in Ableton Live to control 3rd party plugins.
Can anyone direct me to a tutorial?

I do not know those DAW,s but the key point is to get MCC Generator to output a stream of MIDI CC messages. Once that is done you should be able to assign them in your DAW to control the plug-in parameter.
In MCCG, set one of the CC generators to the desired CC number and MIDI channel. Enable a Modulator and open its editor
-- select the Follower tab,
-- add the CC generator's Value as the target parameter,
-- optionally, adjust the Min and Max values and invert the result
-- play the audio through MCCC and adjust the main Level and Detector controls until you see a reasonable response in the graph (or on the main GUI, watch the knob movement).
Then the MIDI CC messages will be generated, for mapping to the plug-in parameter.
