Is there another way to map midi controller knobs to things in WaveForm other than through the MIDI Learn button?

Hello, when I press the MIDI Learn button and try to map one of my midi controller pad (on/off) to play, record or stop, it doesn't let me map it, I've seen the option to map it somewhere else to the DAW (not to a plugin) that isn't through the MIDI Learn button, where is it? For some reason, I can't find it anymore, thanks!

You can go settings > control surfaces and add a custom control surface and then edit the mappings.
