it's not my experience at all. Real world not theoretically. An external SSD via USB3 is far superior.Hans25 wrote: Fri Aug 23, 2024 5:27 pm I don't believe that SSD connected to USB 3.0 externally is that much faster than a SD Card with Read/Write speed of theoretically > 200MB/150MB. And the advantage of this is that you dont need any extra cables or space on your desk. Its totally portable.
Feed it two instrument tracks. When only one is playing/has a signal, the plugin pans it "center". When both start playing, the plugin pans them out L/R. It might save you a few automation clicks.holmer wrote: Sat Aug 24, 2024 8:50 am So what exactly does the bx_shredspread do?

It's not that I don't believe your test but you have to consider the hardware also. The SD card reader has to support high speed SD-Cards. And you only state the card is Kodak. What specs does it have? The Noodlist wrote: Sat Aug 24, 2024 10:15 amit's not my experience at all. Real world not theoretically. Maybe not the most cost effective.Hans25 wrote: Sun Aug 25, 2024 7:35 pm It's not that I don't believe your test but you have to consider the hardware also.
