I wonder if this is Klarna payments. I'm not sure how Klarna works but they might be vulnerable to people skipping payments if they don't get the wonga up-front because Klarna doesn't absorb the risk.

As fas as I know when somebody buys using Klarna, the debt is taken on by Klarna and Klarna pay the vendor the full amount and recoup the debt from the customer, likewise with Pay in 3 from Paypal

The other thing that could be happening is that Beatport is taking money out of the company in the form of loans, a sort of different kind of premature revenue recognition. Curious also that Andrew Axelrod is no longer a person with significant control as of two weeks ago, if I'm reading the filings right.

You might be on the money with that one. I didn't read the notes earlier (which is a bit daft, because all the good stuff is usually in the notes).

Most of the increase comes from "amounts owed by group undertakings": £10.5m up from £7.2 a year earlier.

Prepayments did increase a lot but it's a small proportion overall: just north of £0.5m, up from £0.17 in 2022. The rest is "other debtors", which remained static more or less and around £0.3m for regular trade debtors (presumably outstanding payments).

It looks to me like they simply made two filings in October this year about his significant control that started December 2020 and ended February 2021.

Same here. I got the humble bundle IK bundle recently and I can bring this down to 109eu with some of the credits in that (I always wanted the IK Tapes). I guess it is quite tempting even if T Racks 6 is not included but version 5 is (I am not that bothered to be fair about that as much).

I wonder if the Tonex MAX includes the MESA, the pedals and the other pack. @Peter - IK Multimedia

Great post, and while it is indeed the lowest, I am a bit hesitant to spend even $19 on it now, as it is redundant (I own a lot of reverbs including Lustrous Plates), not that special to me, and I may use that $19 towards something more useful. A lot of things will be catching our attention this month, so better to reserve every penny you can towards something you want just a little bit more.

Just a friendly thought.
