Its not ”an offer” in my books, when the upgrade Live 11 -> Live 12 costs €200+.

Yep. Suite 11 to Suite 12 costs $220 for me (about 208.32 euros right now) on Ableton’s website.

My Suite 11 -> Suite 12 cost comes in at £10 pounds more on the Ableton website, so in that sense it's cheaper.

Although I was more interested in whether it was normal for them to offer upgrades over multiple versions at the same cost like this (as afaict Live 10->Live 12 cost more than Live 11->Live 12 in the past).
