SynthmasterOne iPad - Ableton Link not working

Hi!

I'm running SynthmasterOne, latest version on my iPad (ios 18).
In the same wlan network there's my iPhone with an Metronome app that works with Ableton Link.
I try to connect both apps to synchronize the metronome on my iphone with synthmasterOne on my iPad. I want to tap the tempo on the metronome app and let the arpeggiator follow the tempo via Ableton Link.
But when trying to connect booth apps via Ableton Link the SynthgmasterOne does not find the peer so that there is no connection.
With other Synth apps on my iPad it works really fine, so what could be the problem with SynthmasterOne and Ableton Link?
