They can also neither pay nor go to court, simply ignoring the Mahnbescheid. Next you can get a Vollstreckungsbescheid which says you officially deserve to get paid by them (yay!). They'll still ignore it, so now you'll send a Gerichtsvollzieher, who will however only find a letterbox at their address. After that, finally *you* can take them to court, which will hopefully be able to get hold of your money by force (that is, if it's not been converted to a huge pile of dollar bills in a bathtub somewhere on the Caymans).Tone2 Synthesizers wrote: ↑Thu Dec 12, 2024 8:47 amThe next step is a 'gerichtlicher Mahnbescheid' at the 'Mahngericht Coburg'. This means they need to go to court if they don't pay.

As an alternative, appealing the upcoming changes in written form should be sufficient. This should be better for those who need access to their account at least for some time to come.Tone2 Synthesizers wrote: ↑Thu Dec 12, 2024 8:47 am So if you want to take them to court in Germany you should have quit your contract befor January the 6th. Otherwise you will have to travel to the USA.

Received the payment email, but no money. It should have been credited to our business account long ago. Let's not kid ourselves, the money will never come. You can all cancel myCommerce, maybe you'll have another chance after the 180-day blocking period. But don't get your hopes up too much. It's over!

The statements in the CP seem to work again, which is a positive. Haven't received any payment yet.

Beware: "MyCommerce Payment Report 31-OCT-2024"
I just received this. It notes my sales and their margin deduction as usual, so far so good.
But: way down the email is a new section where they list charges for "Platform Subscription Fee" and "client support" -- this despite the fact that I told them to pay me what they owe and close my a/c back in October and specifically told them I don't accept their new 16-OCT-2024 contract (and therefore they are not entitled to charge me the subscription fee or for "support").
Futhermore: in the final para it says:

Actually I never had a minimum payout amount. I've used direct PayPal sales for a long time for the majority of my sales and because of that, the DR payouts were getting lower and lower over the years. For example, the last payout from June sales was just 250 Euro. They never complained about that and a threshold does not make much sense to me. Stripe does even payout 5 Euro if you want.

Yes. Above 10K+. Got the payment notification on Dec 11 and no money in our bank account yet. The last payment we received was on Oct 29 and the money was deposited to our account the same day when we received the payment notification. The same bank account, really weird this time!

I have "some" hopes for a 15th of December payment, meaning 16th or 17th as banks are usually closed on Sundays and Mondays. Here is why:
- Mid-month was their usual payment time-frame for decades
- Last time I received a payment notification (end of October for July), it got paid. A number of people seem to have received it a few days ago
- Recent letters I've sent them by mail have been rapidly handled in support center and merged into the existing ticket
So there is some kind of "improved" activities there. Fingers crossed..
