Hi,

I received the same type of invoice today with the amount of sales that I refunded to my customers, even though I still haven't been paid since July, as well as subscription fees even though I terminated my contract on November 1st and incurred support costs for a problem they caused.

They invoice me 5460 EUR, in reality I just owe them 565 EUR corresponding only to the costs of the reimbursed sales.

And now, my control panel is not active.

You can be sure it will be processed if it has been filed properly without formal errors. Since you filed the weekend before christmas, it is likely that not much happened since.

Not phishing, just good old German Style Digitalization. The shitty layout basically confirms that it's real. I used that site a few years ago successfully, and official websites link to it.

Anyone who received the invoice for platform fees. Did your invoice contain invoice/account numbers?

There is no invoice number. There has been no response to our account closure request. We have sent the request by post to their office in Frankfurt, to their US lawyers, and have also submitted a ticket through their AI system.

You can dispute it because of:

1) Invoice number is missing

2) There is no info to where the invoice should be paid. No bank account with an IBAN.

3) If they are charging you high fees for 'suppport cases' because of their own faults (no payment) and if there is no other way to contact them (no phone, no response to emails) it is illegal.

Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Deutsche Bank, ...
They are preparing to shut down the banks with many scams like DR

I did this a month ago, and told them that they are infringing the GDPR law by not deleting the account and they still did not deleted it. They just kept sending KYC requests and other crap messages. Try to send GDPR complaints to https://www.edps.europa.eu/data-protect ... plaints_en

They may not delete it, since the data is needed for tax, payments and other evidence.

Apart from this, GDPR works different for B2C and B2B.

If it was B2C I would first notify a consumer advice center (Verbraucherzentrale).

Well, I assume so. The invoices have no bank account info nor is there a request to wire the money.
These are invoices for the accounting, so the balance/accounting is fine for the tax authorities, and that in the end after many such invoices DR has no depth against us.
