Despite our efforts to consolidate operations, unforeseen factors have placed additional strain on our financial resources. These challenges have affected our ability to sustain operations.

In those circumstances, we will immediately cease facilitating transactions in respect of your offering on our platform.

So now it's obvious that what they did is delayed insolvency by deception (in German right "Insolvenzverschleppung") since they pretended to be fine and running and lied to their business partners although they knew they would face bakruptsy soon.

This is a crime in German right and the limited liability of a GmbH falls away in this case.

So Digital River: we'll see you in court

Interesting. We have estimated -30% with PayPro Global and we have no explanation why this is.

Other payment gate have more strict policy for end user payment. Please notice that. Like fastspring, you have to reminder customer don't use ru email address like mail.ru, yandex.ru. Now we suggest customer use gmail address.

Well, try to actually purchase. Of couse the suff still is listed - also at the links above.
But when you add a product to the shopping card and go to the checkout it says the product doesn't exist.

Furthermore it might just affect MyCommerce and not all services of Digital River.

For example https://www.ergotron.com/en-us/ uses DR for payment processing. But they don't offer digital products. Digital Rivier API product most probably is used https://www.digitalriver.com/sell-digital-products/.

Without MyCommerce and having lost some major DR contracts, they can't scale. They are gone thanks to shit management.

Yes, "only" MyCommerce seems to be affected.
But that's the entire software business. If this falls away DR for sure is done.

We received this yesterday. We are not a MyCommerce merchant--we are a DR GlobalTech and DR Ireland merchant that sold both software and hardware. So the entire service is down now.
