I moved the conversation here instead of the special offers thread.
Do you have the Space Blender? They gave it for free some month ago. It may also depend on the version you have, I have 5.4, in any case, try to resynchronize and check again.

That did it first me! I had all the freebies in my account too. It went from $49 to $19 after I “Refresh/Sync” my plugins on the “My Products” tab. - Thanks!darksensation88 wrote: Tue Jul 22, 2025 8:40 amI moved the conversation here instead of the special offers thread.

I really don't get how retailing works. Why do retailers seemingly arbitrarily do not partake in certain sales? E.g. right now the majority - inclduing JRR - has neither picked up on the current D16 nor the Pulsar Audio sale - what affects whether a shop features a current sale or not?
Edit: it seems that actually nobody covers the Pulsar one, so maybe that one is really supposed to be Pulsar website exclusive...

We cover D16. Pulsar ended their sale through resellers on June 4.jens wrote: Tue Jul 22, 2025 11:05 am I really don't get how retailing works. As you mentioned, they're now exclusively available through the dev.
They have the right to do so. Devs sometimes strategically switch between whole and exclusive sales to gain both distribution and revenue.
I posted both sales here on KVR, and, BTW, the new Pulsar Vocal Studio is still on intro offer until Sep 16.

It's $10 to upgrade Boz The Wall at the minute - if you bought it in December (as I did) the upgrade appears to be free.

We have the D16 sale up. Their US distributor only put 10 of their products on sale, perhaps you're referring to a product that isn't a part of those 10?jens wrote: Tue Jul 22, 2025 11:05 am I really don't get how retailing works. I don't think they're that bad. I don't use two managers, so am not sure what that's about.
Most people these days have larger hard drives or SSDs, so it is not that big of a problem.
Also, you can delete the ones you don't actually own outright.
It really doesn't take that long.
Sure, i can show you.
As i said i like their stuff, but a proper manager needs to be created ASAP.

This is what i got.
The disk space was no issue, the real problem is if i want to use T-racks app for mastering a track all inside their app, many of my modules are missing, and i can't use those.
There is not even possible to load reverbs/delay in TRACKS 6 (the tab is missing too, weird).
I was very hyped when i purchased TRACKS 6, thinking in my naivety that everything i got since i used T-racks 3, CS 4 and 5 was going to be there, or that the modules in TRACKS 6 were going to be in CS5 at least, but no, different systems, different results, all separated.
You can see some of them are missing in each other manager/app (green and red) which i had to do it to show to technical support. A wasted time for me, as there was no solution.
If i download everything from each manager as VSTs to use in my DAW, many of them will be repeated in my disk, one version of these won't work as i don't "own" these as one or another app claim. So that was the time consuming for me, checking one by one what version was workable and what not in VST versions.
I even didn't get angry, when stuff makes me waste time, i just drop it.
The only think i wanted is to have everything in the same manager/app, so i can master my music inside of it, using all my modules ever purchased.
I hope they do that someday, so i can happily use and download IK stuff again, after all, these are good ones, but while that happens my time goes for easy, simple and fast workflow products.
No hatred or hard feelings to IK (I like their stuff since decades), but i must point out my bad experience with their module manager.
I hope you are fine! Hugs

Ah, that's the explanation then - Everyplugin is from Israel, Pluginboutique is British...Uncle E wrote: Tue Jul 22, 2025 6:20 pmWe have the D16 sale up. distributors are weirdos really... when I decided to get myself an Epiphone Embassy I first tried to get it locally - but the local store where I enquired told me that the Swiss distributor doesn't carry them. They could get it for me but that would take several weeks...
so needless to say I got it from Musicstore over in Germany instead - arrived after three days.
Godfazer is what I'm interested in.
