BestService.com has been down for 3 days. What's Going On?

Also involving law enforcement in IT security breaches in Germany may slow things down. There is some due diligence required to document what had happened, who may be at fault etc. This alone could account for quite some time.

Actually, I like how Best Service has handled the situation on that end. I'd have preferred better communication with the public though, but I understand that it's not easy to do for a small team in such a situation.
