It depends on how professional you produce and deliver. For me Codec Toolbox and Pro-Codec are in permanent use since years for delivering high quality previews etc.
The insertion of meta data is generally very elegant.
File and meta data preset handling needs some overhaul and the app should be resizable, hopefully Sonnox works on an update.

I watched some videos on it, and it actually seemed pretty neat. I dunno, I like synths with a lot of room for creativity but tend to specialize in a certain sound or use. The only thing is that the Lite version is very limited in the creativity department, since most of the parameters are locked away, including a basic ADSR envelope. But the way you can load in four samples or oscillators and blend between them gives a little bit of room to edit your sounds.
