Hello,
Saving changes to user preset makes a ghost copy of the preset.
Changing presets with midi program change crashes SM2 but only on some presets.
These bugs make the product unusable for me. Requesting refund was declined twice? Wtf.
Crashing happens when SM2 is loaded as AUv3 to loopy pro.

I’ve got the same (and more) issues since 2022.
I’ve tried contacting them, sending logs, getting promised bugfixes.
But years later I’m still here waiting for the app to be barely stable for making my presets (AND BEING ABLE TO SAVE THEM AS WELL!).
But if you are used to Modular Synths, then you should be used to lose your patches and not being able to save them
Insist for a refund.
That’s the minimum that they owe to users that get continuous crashes.
