Can you nudge/edit items in Bitwig at sample-level accuracy?

Anyway, Bitwig can run in quite old (and therefore cheap) hardware. Or newer hardware without requiring high/expensive specs. Unless you want to squeeze The Grid with megapatches, or run dozens of tracks with complex effects chains on each. But I digress.

Well, not with my 18-year-old CPU, it can't. But that's a me problem obviously.
