Anybody worked how to get the free Tonex collections?

I might be worth sending that up to IK support. They were very responsive to me last week when I was having trouble getting my hardware purchase of Arc Studio to qualify for the Group Buy. I would have interpreted this in the same way that you did. It seems fair to me that you would get those signature packs without having to use up two of your free slots for the Group Buy. I may have missed it, but I don't see any asterisk noting exclusions or clarification regarding this on their promotion page.

What’s so shocking about it? The deal didn’t go through, nobody lost or gained anything. At the same time, the person didn’t pay a cent and still left a review. LMFO, nothing more.

My PayPal doesn’t work with the US and Asia. We tried using TransferWise, but the person couldn’t top up their Wise account — their bank in Thailand doesn’t work with Wise.
