Post

I have begun creating plugins and was told this is a good place to post about them. I'm not a marketing person or particularly good at promoting, I just want to create plugins that are functional, sound good, and do what they claim, while keeping their cpu usage and size small. I would love to hear from you guys and what you think. Thank you.

Check out the DEMO VERSIONS (Windows ONLY)

COMPulsion
COMPulsion offers five carefully modeled compressor types, from precise VCA and smooth Opto to punchy FET, warm Vari-Mu, and clean Modern digital. With true Peak/RMS detection, feedforward/feedback modes, dual-stage release, and harmonic saturation, it’s ideal for tracking, mixing, and mastering. Oversampling up to 32x ensures pristine, alias-free audio.

SuperGLUE
SuperGLUE emulates SSL bus compression with three signature profiles: E-Series, G-Series, and G+. Featuring true RMS detection, profile-specific curves, smart auto release, and harmonic saturation, it’s perfect for subtle mix bus glue or bold parallel compression. Oversampling up to 32x keeps your sound clean and precise.

CLIPnosis
CLIPnosis provides five clipping modes – Hard, Soft, Tube, Tape, Vintage – each with distinct tonal character. Multi-band transient detection and adaptive lookahead limiting preserve punch while avoiding artifacts. Wet/dry control and optional oversampling ensure smooth, musical saturation for mixes that stay loud and dynamic.

rAMPage
rAMPage models classic tube amps such as Fender, Marshall, Vox, Mesa, Orange, and Hiwatt. Simple controls let you dial in Gain, Tone, Presence, and Volume instantly. Designed for producers and musicians who want authentic amp tones without complicated menus.

SIDEhustle
SIDEhustle makes adjusting stereo width effortless. Choose Normal, Wide, or Wider, and maintain mono compatibility. Stereoize mode creates realistic sides from mono sources. Perfect for newcomers and pros seeking fast, natural-sounding width adjustments.

Real GAINchanger
Real GAINchanger automatically measures your signal’s true peak and adjusts gain to match your target RMS. No latency, no tonal changes, and consistent levels let you focus on creative decisions instead of chasing volume. Ideal for plugin comparison, mix prep, or mastering.

RMScope
RMScope is a lightweight RMS, true peak, and LUFS meter that gives instant visual feedback of your levels. Featuring a VU-style meter, numeric overlays, input/output side meters, and low CPU usage, it approximates human-perceived loudness while showing true peaks for precise monitoring.

Agreed. With so much competition, you're setting yourself up for an uphill struggle with no demos.

I could make some demo versions that introduce white noise and do random fades every 5/10 seconds.

Post

In my opinion, it's impossible to evaluate a plugin that introduces noise or fades that often. I mean, seriously, 5 seconds?
Absolutely no one is doing demos like that. Also, pick one or the other, not noise AND fades

Check out your competition and see how they're handling this.
Voxengo: plugin is silenced/ bypassed for a couple of seconds, once every 45 seconds.
U-he: Fully functional for two minutes, then an intermittent crackling sound like a bad cable is inserted from time to time.
Toneboosters: No time restrictions, but saving is disabled, including DAW recall.
TAL plugins: noise fades in for a few seconds, once per minute.

There are lots of ways to do it, but your original suggestion is not the way. That will accomplish nothing but angering your potential customers.

The plugins look decent, but no one will buy without trying them on their own system.

Demo versions of all the plugins are now available on the site.

The demos introduce a noise/fade randomly between 20 to 40 seconds.

I look forward to all of your feedback.

Yes, 5 seconds was a little bit of an exaggeration on my part. Thank you for all the suggestions/comparisons.

It would be a good idea, at least for us Mac people, if you would signal clearly from the outset that these plug-ins are strictly for Windows.

If it were easy, anybody could do it!

The site layout could be better. I was on the plugins page and clicked some links. Then I couldn't find the plugins page again until I went to the shop location.

I don't know what the plugins are like but I have plugins coming out my ears. To my eyes, the plugins just looked ok. The prices seemed a little high.

At first, I wanted to get the free plugin. I clicked on checkout with PayPal and it gave me an error. This looked unprofessional to me. I eventually did get the free plugin but I had to checkout in a different way.

''I just want to create plugins that are functional, sound good, and do what they claim, while keeping their cpu usage and size small.''

I think you would also like to make some money. This is KVR. People 'round here have read just about every marketing blurb going.

I will take a look at the navigation of the site and see if I can replicate the issue you encountered. Thank you for making me aware of this.

Sorry about that, yes, the plugins are currently Windows ONLY; however, I will be building MacOS and Pro Tools versions soon.

Don't forget CLAP. There is a bit of a following.

Tried to download a couple of the demos, but I either got a 403 access denied page, or nothing happened at all.

I see what happened, my site had made the download so secure that you can't access it. I have fixed this issue with all the demos, I am so sorry for the inconveniance and very thankful you brought this to my attention.

Enjoy the demos ;)
