Hi, sorry for your wait. It's been an avalanche of messages since the launch, our support can barely keep up. Our website had a few problems since launch, notably because of high traffic. PayPal payment is one of them; we had to disable it temporarily. Working on it.

Please bear in mind that we're an incredibly small team (2 developers, 1 support person), facing unexpected demand. We're doing the best we can.

I've been very excitedly reading all your comments about the software itself, taking notes for requests, difficulties. I'm here (in the limits of the 24h day) to answer any questions.
I love Atelier and you've done a superb job on this release.

My main requests pertain to the plugin version but also apply to standalone in some cases:

Proper midi note recognition. (i'm not expecting fully polyphonic synth style support but being able to set gen or pitch shift pitches via midi would be cool)

More integration with Daw transport e.g. Play modules play state, Agitator phase reset.

Musical division timings for agitator, delays etc.

Being able to determine midi control type like toggle, instantaneous/midi note trigger vs midi note velocity etc.

More control over how the polyadic modulation is distributed like divergence amount, offsets etc.

The software looks great, and I'm really looking forward to using it. But I'm having some issues with the check out process.

Any idea what's happening with the legacy discount? It's supposed to be 30%, and yesterday it was working, but now it's deducting €24 from the price instead of €59.7. I was also using my European VAT number, but it seems that it only results in the tax appearing as €0, but the VAT amount is not actually deducted from the final price, as it stays the same as without a VAT number.

Same here - not good

Same problem happening over here. Also my Grm Account doesn't show my old activated "Complete II" order. And I hope PayPal will be available again soon.

Apart from those problems I really like what you can do in the demo version. It sounds really clean, the workflow is fun and I find the Idea of those super slow lfo times very interesting. I hope we'll get some kind of sync for daw tempo and something like a mixer in the future. Also locking pitch parameters to certain scales would be awesome.

I've spent a little time trying to figure out if envelope follower modulation is possible, but it seems like it's not. That would be a welcome addition, or better yet, allowing the output of processors as a modulation source.

It would also be nice if there was a keyboard shortcut that allowed placing multiple nodes close together, rather than needing to place consecutive nodes apart then dragging them next to each other.

A toggle to remove the header at the top where it says "grmtools|atelier" to save screen real estate would also be nice, but I understand it's there for marketing purposes. Maybe an option to move it to the footer?

Are there any plans to add spectral/FFT based modules? I assume no, since there seems to be a focus on no latency processing, but it would be a lot of fun.

+1 on the envelope follower for both modulation and as a trigger source.

The one in the Gen Module is pretty cool. It would be great to have something similar with a sidechain input as dedicated modulator.

I really hope so! That's what drew me to GRM in the first place and I see a lot of potential for pushing further sonically in Atelier with spectral tools - its already a super unique environment, adding spectral will take it further.

I rarely buy plugins these days but this I purchased without demoing, having a number of Matthias's algorithms running on hardware.

Wow, just wow. Exceptional work.

Thank you for this amazing software.

May I ask (for a friend of course;-) which hardware?

His Parasites algos run on Mutable modules, their clones and variants, and 4MS has the Tapographic Delay and the famous Ensemble Oscillator as their original dedicated modules, but in my case the algos are running on the MetaModule.

Thanks! Will look into these.

I forgot a module that is in most people's racks (but not mine), Xaoc Devices' Batumi.

Edit: Those 4ms modules are in VCV, and most of the Parasites algos too in various modules.

I have a horrible feeling it's setting the base price at €249 and deducting the 30% off that

The UI looks incredible. A shame there's no Windows port yet :(

Bingo! That's my understanding. Extra 10% loyalty discount.
