Whoa. I finally found the Locking Code. Had to pretend I was registering my already registered Collection 5 in the KORG Software Pass, then hold down the Shift key and click Start to activate offline. Then it shows my Locking Code. OMG.

Spoke too soon. It says my Product Code is invalid. Tried several times copying and pasting from Collection 5 purchase email. And it only pastes in the first half of the Product Code, like it doesn't allow enough characters for my product code. Oh man.

It seems the upgrade requires 3 different KORG sites. Korg.shop, id.korg.com, and korguser.net PLUS the KORG Software Pass app, oh, and the support.korguser.net site if you need help. And comically there are all these ancient posts about how KORG has migrated away from the korguser.net site.

Thanks! I'll try to get this straight. I go to korg.shop to buy the upgrade and it says, "It is necessary to apply a coupon code to buy this item." I click "Learn more" and it directs me to korguser.net. I go to "UPGRADE COUPON" and discover that my Collection 5 has not been registered on my korguser.net account. I click on REGISTER PRODUCT to register it with my product code which looks like K-AK5UG0-BE08-7E4A-64D4-XXXX. It only takes the first 15 characters, and then says the product code is invalid. I have filed a case at that support link.

Just downloaded and dinked around with the Trinity demo. Very nice timbres/patches. My upgrade from Collection 5 to Collection 6 is $99 US. Havent tried the PS-3300, but if Dan's team did that one... Im all in on the upgrade.

Trying PS3300 now.
19% eating in default idle state (init preset), or 27% with single pressed note (even with poly 1, and it's still only single saw wave). Can't figure what going on lol.
No, did walking thru presets - there is nice sounding things. But seriously.
I remember complained to Bazille' eating, but this time seems Bazille looks lightweight by compare (and with zero eat with init state).
Certainly would be good some quality adjustment option or something. But seems there is not here.

Else thing, the LFO's (Mod Generators) freq knob seems has no impact after 9.2 value. Curiously if that by design.
Upd2 ok Seems this is some handle' reserve for sync tempo mode for max division.

Sorry, for who already familiar with PS3300 structure - i'm wondering about main "Signal Out" output (in upper right corner, inside each of three synths sections) - is this not able to be "instant generate" ? And so that really by design (as in original) ?

For clarify (what i mean) - LFO output is instant here, ie if we connect it to master signal mixer (EXT Input 1, in right side) - we get audio signal instantly, with no keyboard.

The same for oscillators outputs in Arp2600 (for example) - each can be connect to master mixer and sound will be instant.

But in PS3300 it seems this (osc output) works driven by keyboard\envelope only ? Or there is some trick. Just a bit boring if not.

User manual says about this output not a much (the same as tip info built in UI):

SIGNAL OUT
This is the polyphonic audio output of the PSU-3301 synth panel.

But it is unclear whether it is permanent (or Can be, somehow) or only runs from envelope.

Thanks very useful - I noticed some Prophecy banks converted to Trinity format in there but I presume those will not be importable no matter what people do because this version does not emulate the MOSS board?

Here's that 01/W Program bank copied into USER-A. It's 100 programs.
On the Mac, that's ~/Documents/KORG/TRINITY/UserBanks/Program/
(just replace the "USER-A" folder with this one)

Note that this method only lets you copy the programs, as the General MIDI bank doesn't have an associated Combi bank - you'd have to replace one of the others that does to get those. I haven't looked, but if someone can verify that 01/W bank on KorgForums also has combis, I'll copy them across too and re-upload.

Edit: Ah there was one prog I missed, will fix it later...

In the software, we offer a choice between this unique filter and the MS-20 filter, using our latest MS-20 lowpass model from the multi/poly.

Would be great to update the MS-20 plugin with all new DSP tech, have an option for "legacy mode" to retain patch compatibility, etc.

Updated MS-20, minikorg, and Odyssey to the upper standard of arp 2600 and ps3300 would be great ! Simpler synths have their pros

it appears that it is the output of the entire 3301 module - including envelope, filter, resonator, etc.
