I'm a bit confused. SM3 Player is advertised as containing all factory presets from SM1, 2 & 3. Does SM3 include any presets from SM1 & 2's factory banks? It seems strange the 'lite' version would have more presets to work with than the more expensive full version. Furthermore, I own SM2 Player, which has 2,000 presets. SM3 boasts 3,150 presets. SM3 Player statistically can't contain all factory presets from the three versions of Synthmaster as it has less presets than SM3 and SM2 combined. So my question is what's included in each version? I'd appreciate some clarification before deciding what to upgrade to.

SynthMaster 3 includes ALL factory presets of SynthMaster 2 and comes with 1150 new factory presets:

1150 + 2050 = 3200 presets

SynthMaster 3 Player includes all factory presets of SynthMaster One + 2 + 3:

1150 + 2050 + 1250 = 4450 presets

Although SynthMaster 3 Player is a "lite" version, in the end it is a different product and targeted towards a different user base. So that's why it comes with more presets than SynthMaster 3. SynthMaster 3 users can simply crossgrade to SynthMaster One to get those presets.

If I upgrade from Synthmaster 3 Player to Synthmaster 3 will I loose presets? Synthmaster 3 Player has 4450 presets versus 3200 for Synthmaster 3. So will the 4450 presets be wiped and replaced by 3200 presets?

No, they are separate products. Nothing would be wiped out. But I need to test the use case for user being able to see SynthMaster One presets under SynthMaster 3 preset browser after upgrading.

You will be able to player presets from SynthMaster 3 Player in SynthMaster 3. Although SynthMaster 3 doesn't come with SynthMaster One factory presets, if you have licenses for BOTH SynthMaster 3 Player AND SynthMaster 3, you would be able to download and access SynthMaster One presets. Just tested this workflow with a user that does not have a license for SM1, but has licenses for SM3 Player and SM3:

Well, I took you up on this and got the Producer Bundle. That only went well partially. Synthmaster and the extensions seem to be OK, but unfortunately not Synthmaster One. I am on Mac mini M2 Pro with Sonoma 14.8.2 and LogicPro 11.2.2.
