Side note: the https://www.tracktion.com/products/sound-packs page has no entry for Collective 1 or 2, nor does the Collective page have an entry for Sound Packs, but the Chat Bot knows different.

I think the sound packs are no more advertised separately, because they are now all included in Collective already. Or?

But what clarifies the difference between the advertised 900+ presets versus the real 750 presets? The text below comes from their website.

I guess that only the Tracktion support can clarify this. I assume from what you posted that you didn't receive their answer by now, right? Hmmm. Others seem to have had more luck in this regard. Maybe remind them on your pending issue, referenceing also to your first support request to them. I doubt that we can solve it here in the user-to-user forum.
Meanwhile crossing fingers for you that most of the sounds of interst to you are found in those 700 presets which you have already access to!

There you go! They are separate downloads, not included in the Collective 2 Content.

I wonder if we all need to put in a ticket to get the extra content or if it will just start to show up for us... It'd be kind of a bummer if it's the former.

I put in a ticket. It took three days for their reply, which told me it was added to my account, but is still not showing.

"As I told your colleague, I’m not the only user with missing expansions, so maybe the automated mechanism that links them to purchases of Collective 2 needs looking at."

Didn't get hear anything back after that.

OK, they got back to me and delivered the missing expansions to my download manager. So if you contact them, add the screenshot of Old Norse so they can clearly see what it is about.
