Studio one license expired and they've lost all my orders from my account page?

+1 to the list of users affected by the license expired issue. Agree with all the compaints here.

I've got V6 which still works. However, many many songs and all my projects created in V7 will now not open in v6. I know it warns you before you save in later version, however I thought the license was perpetual so wasn't worried. Anyone found a workaround to get stuff to open retrospectively in a previous versioin?

Still waiting for them to respond BTW.

Not possible to open a v7 project in v6. Studio One is forward compatible only.

And - what exactly are you seeing onscreen for an error?

If you can screencap and post here - I may be able to assist.

Aware of this but it is hit and miss.

Would be better to know the exact message the OP is getting. There have been a couple of messages popping up that look like licensing issues but are really not that.
