Honestly not sure. Their stuff is relatively affordable either way. Tal Mod cost me about $50aud which is great considering it can do so much. All the stuff I've got by them is awesome tbh (Sampler, Bassline and Tal Mod- hell, Noisemaker is freaking great too and free).

TalMod is my main VA, I'd compare it favourably to greats such as Diva, The Legend HZ etc.

Yeah def my next soft synth purchase. I'm in no rush, I have a newborn at home so I spend way more time thinking about making music than I have time actually creating.

Looks like a pricing error on tal site. Can remember buying it for at least 50€ when it was released.

Ok found it, was around 57€ inc. German Vat.

I think it's always been around $40. I got my license during Black Friday for about $23 using the BF discount and my 15% loyalty discount for owning TAL-Drum.

First impression based on some very limited Time with it. Sounds awesome - workflow is really simple. Very nice balance of ease of use and flexibility for a meat and potatoes VA synth.

I just bought it. I don't really need it but it's fun to use and great quality. I'm wondering how to get the black knobs as shown in the manual. As far as I can tell it's not possible to change the knob colour with settings

If you click the 2x L and 2x R buttons it should double the speed, making it 1/16. But that's the fastest it'll go in sync mode.
