The output limiter induces latency - this is new in LOVE 2. To turn it off, you can toggle the 'LIM' in the OUT section.

Something kinda disappointing that I realized after purchasing is that this introduces 5ms of latency. That’s more than I would be ok with for live playing. Other similar granular effects or even multi-fix usually have barely if any latency.

I don’t see any setting that can change this. Am I wrong?

The 5ms of latency is coming from the new output limiter. This can be disabled by toggling off the "LIM" in the output section ( Just below the output meter ).

Plenty of limiters have much lower latency, I’m surprised they enabled that by default.
