The Sound Explorers Collection 2 includes licences for - V Collection 9, FX Collection 3, Pigments, and Exploration Sound Library (50 banks of presets)

The transfer process is pretty simple. I would require your Arturia account email. Once I have that info and payment, I will need to contact Arturia support to have them transfer the license to your account. It can take up to two business days for the transfer to go through.
