Trancit wrote: Mon Apr 13, 2026 11:23 am So, I yet have sent them again my daily reminder as there wasn´t still any reaction to my refund request and it seems they have blocked me now...

Normally if you write support you get shortly after that an automatic message that they received the mail...blablabla...

This I haven´t received for the last one and I guess it´s because of some blocking like putting me on the Spam list...

Means I have now actually no way anymore to push them a bit to respond to my request...
There Live Chat thingie on their website doesn´t show up anymore and the emails seem to go yet nowhere ...

I can just warn everybody to deal with them if you might want to use their money back guarantee to eventually get your investment back if you don´t like it...

I leave it for now as it is and will wait and see if they got time probably in half a year to refund me or if not at least I got my license for it...

I always found this company suspicous for the kind of advertising alone but I wanted to test myself...
I think the result says it all! :tu:
I'm sorry to hear this. If you paid with Paypal, file a claim. If you paid with a credit card, file a claim. Don't let them get away with this.

Shame. I like the synth. But if the company is this reprehensible, I don't know what to tell you.

This is very disappointing.

my fault... always check your spam folder! :dog:

Just the final notice on my issue:

Again my apologizes to Unison... they haven´t done anything wrong and have replied in time!
I was just too silly to check my Spam folder where their responses were landing...
They tried multiple times to make me aware of this and luckily I wrote them as well from a second account where I finally received their reply without landing in Spam...
The refund was then done ... perhaps a bit cumbersome ...first they asked for the PayPal transaction number to come back one day later and requested the Unisynth license key...
But anyway... the initial delay was my fault not theirs...
They have perhaps a bit strange marketing habits but behaved correctly in regards of the refund!

Avoid the demo at all costs, as the ungodly amount of spam is entirely not worth it. I've "unsubscribed" multiple times, to no avail. Insta-block.
Duality without regard to physicality

Hi folks!
Long story short - bought Unisynth.
But in order to demo it i had to create an account and started 7 day all access trial, with paypal info.
(19.99usd monthly after trial)
So you know this strategy - you sub for a free trial and then cancel it.
Now things start to looks interesting.
After a purchase i have received an email with receipt and links for synth registration - those links led me to my account, fine. But, in my account settings i don't see an subscription for all access pass and drum roll... can't change my password. If I try to reset my password from account, they say user with such email address not exist😄
So, i see in my account a licence for a synth, but can't cancel free trial subscription. Should I await they charge me 19.99usd after 7 days?
To prevent such an action I wrote to support and will see how it goes.

Back to the roots and sound.
I have many many hw and sw synths, and while demoing where comparing Unisynth to Serum, Vital, Falcon.
While big bosses sounds more detailed and human presets are purpose built, I still have found some great generations from Unisynth. I would say all generations are more on the basic side modulation and morphing wise, but still sounds good sometimes. Genre dependent of course. Quality wise it's complementing well others.
For an esoteric example of sound perception :
serum is detailed and sharp focused , vital is occupying a lot of panorama and kinda wall of the sound on softer side. Unisynth complements both nd somehow differs. I like how soft and distant some background layer style sounds are generated. Yes, you hear that big boys sounds more edgy and detailed in a good way, but sometimes you need an opposition to highlight the contrast.
My price was 67 usd, so why not...having fun...

Will see how my free 7 day trial story will end though😎

All the best folks!

P.S.
sub was cancelled by support team a few hours later after request.
Still old trial license pops up in synth itself, will see.
But for now support was helpful.
