Just want to make sure ya'll know that these aren't mine. My words above could have given that impression. They belong to someone else on this forum. Sorry, just wanting to be sure this is clear.

I'm going to cross-post, so be warned-- but since it's topical in this thread: does anyone have a mapping for one of Niall's plugs (or any other plug for that matter) that will take the GM drumkit map and 'transpose' it into Sonic Reality "I-Map"?
Here's the cross-post to keep it all in one spot: Click Me!

Sorry, I'm not familiar with the differences between the two. Maybe if I did I could help?
Oh, and here's a bit of cross-post for me too. I just posted one idea for a use of these free plugs used in Racks. It's an auto-harmonizer. I hope someone can use it. It's here in the Tracktion forum.

I'd have to track down the specifications, but in basic terms, it's just that the drum sounds in I-map are triggered by completely different keys than GM keys.
As an example (and again, this isn't accurate, just a fictitious example), say the kick drum is triggered by B1 in GM. In I-Map it might be triggered by either C2 or D2 (there's a lot of duplication to make things like double-kick drums easier to play in realtime).

I would think that there would be a way to edit the drum map. I know I've seen something that can do this. But I'm not sure if it's OS related or if it's within a program. I'll look a bit tonight or tomorrow and see if I find anything.
