new vsti to create the final wav

Very bad english language.

I've made a new VSTI for use in Tracktion, because I've a problem. When I render the final wav (without mixers, only Tracktion !) with "export" and "create an audio file", and when I hear this wav, the mix is not exactly the same that I've heared in Tracktion. A track is louder, another too low. Why ? I don't know, maybe my computer...
So, I've made a player/recorder to record the final mix. Look at my site for download. The modules (synthedit) are not mine, but those of David Haupt (good work). I've only create the gui and installed the modules in my preference.
OK, I know, a futile vsti more. :)

You should also take a look at Aleksey's newest VST, and maybe Silverspike's Tape It. How does yours compare?

I am guessing that one of more of the plugs you are using are not rendering off-line correctly.. try exporting at 1x play speed. Failing that, selectively disable the filters on the affected tracks until you find the culprit.

I have exported many mixes from Tracktion, and they always sound the same at 32-bit..

Un VST, sans doute.

None of that works for BFD.

Thanks for sharing your work daniel-. There are 3 tools like this now (that I know of) but the play button will make this one especially useful.

After having a play around with this I have to say it is better than I first thought. The playback features are very useful. Is it possible to implement a slider for the song position?

To morelia :
Ok, I shall try. But, I'm a newbie, you know :?

A Piaz :

Rendering BFD is not easy but possible.

1 Using the "x1 rendering" is a good start.

2 Making sure you have a lot of RAM is very useful as well.

3 Setting both "RAM cache size" and "Stream buffer size" to 32768 in BFD settings will solve a lot of problems.(you will need a lot of RAM thou to do this)

4 If you still encounter problems you can delete every plug and VST from the project leaving BFD by itself before rendering. (make sure NOT to save the project, otherwise you are going to loose work)
After rendering you import the rendered file and delete BFD.

5 And if still no cigar, you can run BFD in 16 bit.
This will make resources very easy to manage. (quality lost is minimal)

6 And if all that fails..... well it's time to look for a new PC.
