€199 here to upgrade from V Collection 4.

This is a magnificent update. But the upgrade price from Arturia V Collection 5 is a little high: 199 euro.

They did the same thing with v4->v5 and so I passed. It's been on sale, at least twice IIRC, for $99 since but I decided to wait for v6.

Nice to see the DX can import original sysex too.

I've seen this update price ($99) from V Collection 4 Update to V Collection 5 sometimes, but never managed to have enough money when these promos happened.

Oh wow. I was just thinking yesterday that I really don't need any more VST synths. I see I'm going to have to do some demoing tonight.

It's cool that Analog Lab upgraded from 2 to 3 for free. It might be worth the $249 upgrade to V Collection 6...

I've got West Coast stuff out the wazoo with my modular, and this is hardly the first DX7 emulation out there, but it still might be worth it.

EDIT: It looks like I was updated to the latest version of Analog Lab for free. That's cool.

I have the v5 collection and upgrade price is $199 so your price appears to be a better deal

From V5, too. Strange.
The new instruments made me wet my pants, but 200 for an upgrade is a little steep. I understood this price from v4 to 5 since everything was overhauled from the ground, but this time I don´t know. But I´m not nagging, just frustrated ´cause I can´t afford it. Great selection of new toys. And I soooo wished they´ll include a clavinet. Great job, Arturia! Waiting for a sale now :hyper:

I'll wait for a sale. But the Buchla is very interesting. I wonder if it sounds as good as the Softube Modular module and the Madrona Labs Aalto

I can see the complex oscillator and some interesting modulation possibilities.

Before I logged in, V Collection 6 showed as $399. After I logged in, that same button says $249. So I think it shows you your upgrade price rather than the full normal price.

Long Hispasonic demo, worth watching even if you don't speak the lingo

I'd buy now for €99, but €199 is too much for me. I checked my email history and V-Collection 5 appeared to launch around June 2016 and I bought the upgrade for €99 in December 2016. Hopefully by next summer a similar offer will have appeared. I bought most of the classic Arturia synths when they were originally launched and have upgraded to collections 4 and 5, so I'm happy to wait a few more months for V6.
