No one seems to be able to answer this question?
I would love to be able to use some classic drum loops, get the individual drum parts and use them in some electronic music
They added MIDI output in the newest version. I'm waiting for some information how to use it, as it's not clear to me how you'd have to route the MIDI from the plugin. In Studio One I don't see a way to consume MIDI output from a plugin sitting on an audio track. Maybe someone could help with this or name a DAW that this is supposed to work with?NakajimaYusuke wrote: Wed Dec 09, 2020 1:06 am Does it have a MIDI output function?
I have a lot of KONTAKT and Toontrack drum libraries.
I want to use those samples to replace the drums.
So I need MIDI output.

No, this one is more like SlateTrigger. To replace drumhits in badly recorded drums:simmo75 wrote: Sat Dec 12, 2020 8:29 am Can it analyze whole drum kits, ie loops and break them down into separate midi parts?

I literally just watched this last night. I think this covers your question. He's one of my new favorite S1 "how-to" guys.mr_sailor wrote: Sat Dec 12, 2020 10:34 am ... You're right. I believe it would be similar to your solution. You'd add a new VI track and use the the MDrumReplacer track as the Input.DarkStar wrote: Sat Dec 12, 2020 3:51 pm I did not see in that video where he talked about using MIDI generated by a plug-in.
--- from your previous reply ---
Select the MDrumrReplacer track as the input to another track and Record that MIDi input there.
I think the first section of this KVR thread covers it.mr_sailor wrote: Sat Dec 12, 2020 10:34 am In Studio One I don't see a way to consume MIDI output from a plugin sitting on an audio track. Maybe someone could help with this or name a DAW that this is supposed to work with?
Thank you. I updated the demo to the latest version and got the MIDI Out feature.mr_sailor wrote: Sat Dec 12, 2020 10:34 amThey added MIDI output in the newest version.
