You can see here all other DAW's and plugins work to adjust playback rate of audio tracks when tempo is changed but MuLab only adjust midi.
They also work with "^" in the filename and show stereo track.

Most modern DAWs will sync an audio file to the tempo either by default when they know the original tempo of the audio file, or optionally when you ask them to, but generally provide an option to disable that behavior as well (which you would ordinarily want to do in the case of individual drum samples, for example, for which you would want to sync the start time of the samples to the tempo, but not the playback duration of the samples).

I don't believe any of them will sync audio to tempo if they do not know the original tempo of the audio file, which is sometimes, but not always, encoded as metadata within the file, and which can sometimes, but not always, be identified from a specially coded filename that will be recognized by some, but not all DAWs.

all the DAW's you can set the tempo of the audio item that is being streamed from the hard drive and it will fit the project tempo or tempo map, they will also have an option to read embedded bpm (ACID). With MuLab they think everyone will be using it for techno beats and need to splice them up but you don't do that with Jazz & Country etc... It's ideal for use as a Plugin in Band In A Box to give more tracks and being able to mix and sync directly in Biab without having to drag files out into the DAW and see if they fit. I have been posting information about MuLab in the PG Music forum to encourage users to try MuLab. But you need to be able to change tempo and the audio tracks will follow not just midi.

Could you please be more careful when implementing "new improvements" - downgrading to v.9.1.22 makes it impossible to open files saved with v.9.1.23, so I'll need to re-do some of my presets.

Could you please be more careful when implementing "new improvements"

First of all: Sincere apologies for that new bug.
And it's also causing quite some extra work for myself too

Zooming out:
The biggest new feature in MuLab 9.1 is about the front panels, which have become more flexible and detailed. That took a serious reorganization of the GUI code, with many many changes. That indeed raises chances on new bugs and the new GUI code indeed needs to be stabelized. Thanks a lot to you and other users for helping with testing, which speeds up the process and which helps in moving forward faster towards new MuLab developments.

I hope you agree that MuLab 9.1 is a great step forward regarding the front panels and also regarding the flexibility of MuSynth, MuDrum, MuSampla and MultiSampla which can now be customized to full extent!

I Agree. What worries me is that there may still be some bugs that I or other users haven't discovered (or reported) yet. Here is the one I found months ago and I didn't bother to report it - I just replaced the faulty module with one of the PizMIDI plugins:

Add "MIDI Channel Remapper" module, modify it's channel assignment, copy and paste the module - the channel assignment is not preserved. The same happens when you copy/paste the whole MUX containing "MIDI Channel Remapper".

Due to the smaller users base (comparing to some other "big" DAWs) the bugs may go undetected for quite some time. I realise that asking you for testing MuLab yourself in some real world scenarios is like asking you to spend 3x more time on the development cycle.

This also happens with the big DAWs / other complex software.

I realise that asking you for testing MuLab yourself in some real world scenarios is like asking you to spend 3x more time on the development cycle.

It's indeed a difficult balance.

PS: I hope you acknowledge that bug fixing is rather quick compared to the "big" DAWs.
Being small has disadvantages but also advantages.
