Receptor crashing with z3ta

Hi

We're having a lot of problems loading a certain patch into z3ta - its all smoothe running until we try to return to the 'mix' page from the 'edit' page, at which point the Receptor locks both the GUI and front panel interfaces (although the patch still plays fine). It also stops responding to MIDI program change messages.

Any ideas on what this could be? This is a real showstopper for our live show as different songs are changed with MIDI program changes messages.

PS. also having some trouble installing Guitar Rig - I've installed one of the other User Installable packs without any problems whatsoever, but Guitar Rig is giving me this error:

Hi Rob,

It certainly looks like the Guitar Rig installer is getting corrupted when you download it. I've just downloaded the installer to verify it is OK and it installed fine here, so the original file appears to be OK.

Are you on dialup or broadband?

I know you've tried three times but could you try again?

As for the z3ta issue, I'll have to let Dan or Farhan answer that. It would probably be a good idea to open a support ticket at Plugorama for that.

i downloaded it to my laptop instead of the external hard drive and that sorted the guitar rig issue out
