ChineeKong v2.6.3 and ChineeErhu v1.0.1 update

WE have updated ChineeKong to v2.6.3 and ChineeErhu to v1.0.1.

ChineeKong changes:

* New drum-mappings.
* Updated and new sample sets (Sample content now 665 MB in total).

ChineeErhu changes:

* Fixed some errors in the presets.
* Updated patch list now included with the installer.
