Major BuzzRizer update

changes from Free to Light are:
- new gui
- spectral compression cannot be used as EQ anymore ( a slider having more than one function confused the user and you should have an eq of your choice before it anyway )
- phase setting is automated now
- lowcut setting is automated now
- 8 presets rather than 16, well i was lazy will be updated
- improved sound quality
- latency is reported to host
- supported samplerates now: 44, 48, 64, 88, 96 - this was 44khz only before
