Nothing shows up for presets.
It looks like I have them in the right folder, but there's nothing showing in the vst.
I e-mailed support with the problems, but no reply yet.

Are they under c:\program files\common files\digidesign\dae\plug-in settings\synthmaster?

Yes. I have the three soundsets folders, the partial presets folders, the tutorials folder, and also my custom presets folder containing presets I created from the free version.
However, I don't see any presets after I bring up the vst and I can't load any.

I sure would like to start using the synthesizer.
Should I uninstall everything again and then delete the presets folders and start from scratch or what??

Post

Still no success. Waiting for response here and e-mail.
Provided info asked in both cases, but no more help has arrived.
Hopefully tomorrow I can use it.
Any users experience not seeing presets in Synthmaster?
Any recommendations?
Uninstall again??

I remember someone else had the very same problem a couple of months ago. After uninstalling and installing his problem has gone away. Let me dig the forum archive, maybe I can find out how he solved the problem.

I finally made sure I moved any already created folders before I did another complete reinstall.
Now after reinstalling I have the presets.
However, when I play a note I get a low emission of noise that has about four echoes and stops after each note on. Very annoying.
I'm ready to rave about how wonderful the synth is, but I can't explore the wonderfulness under current conditions and lack of user support.
Sorry.
