...God forbid KV331 Audio closed down that we would receive a copy of synthmaster that didn't require an unlock key?

This is the only thing stopping me from buying it, I have been screwed over with other small companies going bust and never being able to authorize my software again. Also, is there a grace period with full functionality to give one time to authorize?

Don't worry, we're not going and planning to be going anywhere We are running a marathon here, not a 400m race. It is true that we are a small company, but we are truely enthusiastic in what we are doing with SynthMaster.

To be honest with you guys, we were really disappointed with the sales figures for the first version of SynthMaster. If SynthMaster were our only source of income, we'd have closed the shop at day #1. However, it is not, and that gives us the freedom to continue this business

There are lots of areas to improve the product and we *ARE* determined to do that. Maybe it wont be fast, but it will be at a solid pace. We are also determined to sell it at the *RIGHT* price (The next version of SynthMaster will be sold for $59 as we announced previously), and with the combination of rigth features+price, we hope we'll make it a real win for everyone in the next version.

Regarding authorizing SynthMaster, in the event that we go under? (God forbid ) Well, in that case we'd send all the current product owners a copy of SynthMaster that does not require authorization. Is that a sufficient answer?
