I'm a new Receptor-user(about a week, Komplete inside) and I've run into some problems with Uniwire. I've installed it on my host computer and successfully mounted it, but when I look at the Receptor HD, there's no remote control-folder! Everything else seems to be there, but not that. I'm running Cubase SE which is installed on an HP personal media drive(G: instead of C:, I'm assuming UniWire needs to be installed in the same directory to work), and found it impossible to change the installation-path, both when I installed and when I went back and tried to modify the installation. I also tried starting the remote-control, and it did find my receptor, but I was unable to access the HD or the editor. Is it possible to change the installation-path, or do I have to re-install Cubase to C:? The reason It's on G: is because of the portability, it's nice to be able to bring your recording software with you.
Another funny thing is that I seem to be able to use the komplete-programs as "normal" programs. I just hooked my midi-controller up to my computer via USB, and voila, akoustik piano worked fine, though the latency was high. The receptor was not even on at the time.. Is this even supposed to work?
Anyhow, I know these are newbie questions, but hey, I'm a newbie!
