Hello all,
Have any of you run into/overcome issues with installing the 1.7 update on a receptor that is running the 1.6 system software? I received the receptor with 1.6 installed. I have followed the update instructions very carefully with no success. Is this common? Does anyone here have a blanket solution?

Hi Nathan,
If you haven't updated to the very latest version of 1.6 please do that first. You should be OK then.
