Never received a download license

I purchased the Sylenth1, three days ago and still have not received a download license. i emailed customer support 3 times and have never received any response. I was emailed a paypal receipt immediately and the money was taken from my account, so i'm not sure what the problem is. anybody else experience this.

Hi, I've sent you several emails but it seems they get blocked by your mail server.
