Difference between Draft and Best (problem/issue)

So it seems like when I switch from Draft to Best the sound changes SO drastically. I do not know if it is just the filter or what, but it the tone sometimes changes completely. I find this quite annoying because I have to work in Draft mode (CPU) then render in Best mode.

Also I think I noticed that the "Damping" in the Reverb works backwards. It seems like more damping occurs if I turn it down, less if I turn it up. Maybe this can be fixed also?
