E-Mail change + VST Download

I've requested an email change under http://www.artsacoustic.com/support.php


but didn't get any reply yet. What's up with that?


My download log-in for http://www.artsacoustic.com/ also doesn't work anymore (Firefox 12.0, Windows XP SP3)

Sorry for editing your post. But we would like to keep the download locations at least somewhat undisclosed from the public.

The reason why you do not receive any email in return when using the "CHANGE EMAIL ADDRESS - REQUEST" form on our website is simply due to German law.

We could get sued when simply sending out email based on entering data on our website. Therefore we receive this request and update the address in our records for e.g. sending out update information. We might change this behavior in future and at least send out a confirmation to your old email address.

Actually the new email address is not automatically going to be used to send out your serial number. So if your email address has been changed and you do not have access to the original email address used when buying the product and you need your serial number you still need to contact us using email.
